Getting my package handed to me…

Getting my package handed to me personally..the first attempt I wasn't home so they sent me an email about offering a second attempt. I was so relieved that they never left it when I wasn't home the first time. I met driver on second attempt and thanked him for being so professional.

WORST DELIVERY COMPANY

GoBOLT claims that my address is invalid and couldn’t deliver my package! Which is incorrect! I was live tracking and I noticed they skipped my area multiple times! They currently are holding my package and won’t release it! There is no way to contact them!

Zoheeb S made such a great impression today. I forgot to change my address for my order having recently moved. When he found out he offered to swing by my new address 45 minutes away on his way home. I really appreciate such superb and professional service. He went above and beyond. Thank you Zoheeb!

Text and Email Notifications, tracking with map in real time, great delivery service - parcel is delivered to my door, not left in the lobby of my building, delivery person is courteous.

Very bad experience

Very bad experience, they don't respond to your calls, text messages.... No proper communication.... Only send the email and text messages when they are reaching.... They don't listen to you whether you are available they don't respond to text if you have instructions and recommendations... Completely blind commutation.....I placed a pickup for mattress from IKEA... wasted a day...

The WORST delivery service I ever…

The WORST delivery service I ever experienced!!!
This company is an absolute scam, lost my order( most probably stolen)
I contacted the retailer, they sent me another order. Every other day they’d send a notification order is on its way and never gets delivered. No point of direct contact, 100% unreliable. Awful!!!

Delivery was made to wrong address

Delivery was made to wrong address. I notified the company via their customer service email and the satisfaction survey. No response.
Do not choose this delivery company. I am sure most of the time they get it right but it is apparent that Go Bolt has absolutely no interest in rectifying their mistakes.

My first package got stolen after the…

My first package got stolen after the delivery guy abandoned the package by my building entrance, the instructions they received weren't followed, then I got a new replacement package, I took the day off to be at home so I can get it and driver didn't even stopped at my building and then I get a notification of an attempted delivery when is a lie! They're far from being professional and efficient.

Professional services

I had a great experience with the delivery today. The two movers, Harpal and Germanpreet, were super professional and polite. They messaged and called before arriving, and when they came in, they asked where I wanted everything placed and whether they should take off their shoes.

They handled all the furniture very carefully and were very respectful throughout the whole process. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience. Really appreciate their great service!

Boycott GoBolt and Companies that use it!!!!

I'm done ordering from Lululemon, they use GoBolt and they deliberately refuse to answer any of my emails regarding delivery instructions and Lululemon refuses to take any responsibility for it either. GoBolt attempted delivery late hours in the day, and when I told them on multiple occasions when to deliver and they reassured me they sent my package back. I am constantly having issues, they have 0 customer service efforts. I would much rather FedEx, UPS or Canada Post at this point it's ridiculous!

The driver called when he wasn't sure…

The driver called when he wasn't sure what to do bc my unit is not in the building. I do not have a buzzer and it can be confusing. Instead of just leaving he called and I got my package. I appreciate that 1 little extra effort made a huge difference to my delivery experience.
