I was very impressed with how efficient and smooth my experience with Interlane was. Car got delivered to me on time with no hiccups, was kept updated with the progress along the way. Will be using again once I need the car back in Calgary.

The quote came in quickly and the price was fair compared to other companies, and communication was consistent the entire time. I got updates along the way and the driver called before pickup and delivery, which I really appreciated. My car arrived in perfect condition, right on the day they promised. Interline is the most trusted company in the business as far as I'm concerned. They treat their customers with respect and are very quick at what they do. They'll go out of their way to help you out in any way. I recommend them 100%. They are the best business in the field coast to coast.

I had a mixed experience with Interlane Logistics. The telephone representatives were friendly and professional, and they processed my payment smoothly. My car arrived safely and had some dirt and wear from the road as expected from truck transport.

However, the drop-off process was concerning. The location felt sketchy, with no company banner or clear signage.(Caldew Street drop-off) I was directed to a scrapyard operator to handle my car, which made me uneasy. They instructed me to leave my keys in an unsecured, flimsy mailbox on the street, which is far from ideal for security. I was told crews pick up vehicles every 30 minutes, but no one showed up while I was there, and I had to leave for work and crossed my fingers it would be safe on the street.

Additionally, my dashcam recorded the truck driver unloading my car and making an unauthorized stop at Tim Hortons and eating inside with my car, which was very disappointing and unprofessional.

Overall, the core service was fine, but Interlane needs to improve their drop-off locations and partner with more reliable operators. A secure key drop-off system would go a long way. I’d suggest better oversight of drivers to ensure they don’t misuse customers’ vehicles.

Had my car shipped from Banff to Vaughan with Interlane, and honestly, it was a great experience. Booking was simple, the team kept me updated, and the driver was super professional. My jeep arrived right on time, no surprises, no damage—just smooth service from start to finish.

Interlane had a competitive rate. I contracted them to transport a sports car from London, Ontario to Saint John, N.B. I was not in a hurry to receive it. Specified in the contract was to only deliver after I was back from my vacation and I paid for door to door delivery.
Once I had paid them, communication virtually ceased.
Half way through my vacation, I received a text message from their driver saying that he needed me to call him as he had my car. I was powerless to do anything as I was 4000 miles away.
After many phone calls, I determined that they had dropped the car off in a local storage yard. When I arrived there my car that had never seen winter was covered in snow and thick ice with all 4 wheels frozen to the ground in 4 inches of solid ice.
Not being pleased, I phoned them again. I was told that they would only pay for a taxi to take me to the storage yard. Also that this was my fault because I was not home to receive it. After some heated discussions they did provide a flat bed tow truck the winch it out of the ice and bring it to my house.
This was a non registered summer vehicle.
My recommendation is not to use this company. Once they have your money, they just do whatever they want no matter what the contract says. So after one week of my vacation being ruined and 4 days of arguments, I finally did get my car. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!
