Getting my package handed to me personally..the first attempt I wasn't home so they sent me an email about offering a second attempt. I was so relieved that they never left it when I wasn't home the first time. I met driver on second attempt and thanked him for being so professional.

My flight was changed by airline one week before leaving taking a full day off an already short weekend trip and no other flights available on day I wanted to return. Best they could do was 5 days later. Ridiculous...ended up cancelling trip and disappointing friends and family who expected me. Now I'm worried about another trip booked in May for a more important family event. Will never book with just fly again.
