Ruby-based tasks have not been used as part of testing/release for years after migrating to GitHub Actions. These will be removed to declutter the codebase.
createTemplates.sh will also be removed since the generated html files have been maintained separately and now out of sync. We will investigate replacing this with a templating library (possibly Sourcery).
