Doc: Update Auditd Manager docs to configure add_session_metadata processor (Session View)

The Auditd Manager integration can collect metadata to populate the [Session View](https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/security/current/session-view.html) tool in Elastic Security.  Update docs to add config details.
