What does this PR do?

This PR updates the Kibana version to 8.8.0 for all input packages built by IM-Integrations, since complete support is provided from this version.

Input package are GA starting 8.8. So, this forces stack version to the same.

Related issue: elastic/package-spec#485

@SubhrataK : FYI, with this change the Input Packages will be supported from 8.8.0 onwards.

Input package are GA starting 8.8. So, this forces stack version to the same.

Related issue: elastic/package-spec#485

Clarification:
The input package framework (package-spec) is GA from 8.8.0.
The input packages developed on top of this framework still stays in Technical Preview.
