Code Review
This pull request updates several dependencies. The most significant change is the major version upgrade of pandas from 2.x to 3.0.1. This version of pandas introduces several breaking changes, such as enabling Copy-on-Write by default, which will likely break the sample code that depends on it. The samples must be updated to be compatible with pandas 3.0 before this change is merged. See my specific comment for more details.

This major update to pandas 3.0.1 introduces significant breaking changes that will likely break the to_dataframe samples. Key breaking changes from the pandas 3.0.0 release notes include:
- Copy-on-Write (CoW) is now enabled by default. This changes how DataFrame views behave on modification and can cause the samples to fail or produce incorrect results silently.
- The default data type for string data is now
stringinstead ofobject.
Due to these breaking changes, the samples must be updated to be compatible with pandas 3.0's new APIs and behaviors before this dependency is upgraded.
