This PR updates .OwlBot.yaml file to fetch autogenerated code for executor framework from https://github.com/googleapis/googleapis-gen/tree/master/google/spanner/executor.
These new modules also should be updated in pom.xml files. This change will be done in a separate PR along with handwritten executor code changes.
With this change, owlbot copies the autogenerated code from https://github.com/googleapis/googleapis-gen/tree/master/google/spanner/executor/v1/google-cloud-spanner-executor-v1-java and adds it in appropriate sub-directories -
proto-google-cloud-spanner-executor,grpc-google-cloud-spanner-executorandgoogle-cloud-spanner-executor
