There's a few dozen new failures in the Ruby 4.0 OpenSSL tests. Some of these have potential fixes in jruby/jruby-openssl#341 but that PR is a work in progress. I'm not sure about the severity of these failures, nor whether they represent new functionality we don't have yet or old functionality we never implemented.

They will be excluded until we can review them and try to address the failures.
