DG HERA’s podcast series “Prepared, Not Panicked: The Health Crisis Podcast” brings together experts, policymakers and partners to exchange perspectives on key aspects of public health preparedness and response. Across four episodes, the series explores how Europe can better anticipate, prepare for and respond to future health crises.

This podcast is aimed at anyone interested in Europe’s approach to health emergency preparedness – from public health professionals, policymakers and researchers to students, communicators and engaged citizens. By combining expert insights with accessible storytelling, the series features a diverse and high-level line-up of guests from policy, academia, civil society and international organisations, translating complex challenges into engaging and relevant discussions. The podcast is available in three languages: English, French and German.
