Go on strike again you entitled lazy slobs. Express shipping 2 days? Then my package says its coming in 4 now? And you think you deserve a raise? You don't deserve squat, you lazy entitled good for nothing slobs.

Canada Post NO GOOD to fulfill their basic delivery function

I called Canada Post on Feb 20/26 regarding a delivery notice I found in my mailbox same afternoon. After a much frustrating & quite annoying autobot encounter, I was eventually able to tell "James" that my much puzzling & big disappointment about this no parcel delivery experience as I WAS HOME ALL DAY, ALL WEEK & THIS CANADA POST DELIVERY PERSON NOT EVEN BOTHERED TO COME AND KNOCK ON MY DOOR.

Canada Post messed up this delivery , no effort was made to knock on my door or use the parcel locker in the lobby, simply automatically leaving me a notice in my mailbox to p/u from a location 30 minutes walk from home in this weather. Such irresponsible & shameful , totally lazy & inconsiderate Canada Post worker.

This "James" person said the local depot supervisor would call me "on or before March 2". I feel absolutely ridiculous as this shows no remorse, genuine apology whatsoever of Canada Post to correct the unacceptable & expected shipping responsibility that they are paid for & further punishing me for even calling to complain by keeping me waiting for another 10 days or so for a NO GOOD SUPERFICIAL WHATEVER>>>>>>

Shipping & all related charges have been paid to Canada Post & they CANNOT EVEN DO THIS SIMPLE, SUPPOSEDLY DOOR-TO-DOOR, NO FUSS & VERY MUCH STRAIGHT FORWARD SMALL PARCEL DELIVERY.

This has been happening to me multiple times. SHAME & MUCH MORE SHAME TO THOSE CANADA POST DELIVERY WORKERS INVOLVED FOR THEIR INCAPABILITY TO DO THEIR SIMPLE & EASY JOB RIGHT AND 99% OF THEM ARE DRIVING COMPANY TRUCKS TO DELIVER MAILS/PARCELS. AND THEY DARE TO KEEP ASKING FOR MORE & MORE MONEY , JOB SECURITY, BENEFITS, WHATEVER REPEATEDLY !!!!!!!!

I’ve had a horrible experience every time..

I’ve had a horrible experience every single time with Canada post. I don’t recall a package taking less than a two weeks to be delivered.

I never choose and will pay however much extra it is to not ship with Canada post. But when it’s not an option I legit debate purchasing the items online.

I just had something shipped to me from the states which usually takes a week by any other courier. With delays and depending on the date order it may be a week and a half. I’m 2.7 weeks in with Canada post. My package was received finally by my depot on Thursday, and the ETA of getting it to me was Monday which isn’t great but not really a huge issue. Monday the track said it would arrive, and never did. Here I am on Tuesday, the new estimated delivery is tomorrow…. How does that make any sense.

I do not understand how they are still a functioning business and why anyone would go with them. I could purchase something from China and get it delivered by boat quicker from any other courier…. If not the same amount of time.

Also, mind you, the package is less than 6 pounds so it’s not like I ordered a hard to deliver item.

The agent in the White court Alberta was rude , said they attempted delivery not true they didn't even try no door knocker was left. I paid a lot so she didn't have to go through this crap. So I called to complain and was told I would receive a refund. I waited till the end of January called back was told no refund. Nothing but a bunch of liars I won't ever give them my money again, I will go to another company Canada post is horrible service.

Transphobic employee

It's a shame to see one of your employee's (Bonnie Todd) posting their prejudice reviews and revolting, derrogative name calling and language about the trans community on social media. She states on her profile that she works for your company. I do hope as a company you do not discriminate against the trans or LGBTQ+ community or share the same public hatred as your employee. Are the trans community able to use your service without suffering this vile discrimination or hate crime from your employees? I can provide you with the screenshots of her vulgar language and public views which also includes words such as "retard" which is also very discriminatory towards the disabled as I am sure you would agree. I am sure as a company, you would not agree to this person's ill representation of certain groups ( trans and disabled) I will also be emailing your head office with these messages as I feel you would agree this is not the public attention you will want. As a trans activist, this sort of thing travels quickly and I'm sure you would not want these views to affect your reputation. I look forward to discussing further when I contact the head office.

I just paid for guaranteed 2 day delivery from London to Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, and after 5 days, the ESTIMATED delivery is four days from now.

I am so sick of Canada Post. I say that having 3 family members who still actively working there.

delivery person lied about leaving notice/coming to door

ordered from dashvapes awhile back and they used canada post for their postal service. it was for vapes so you have to go to the door to meet the person/sign/id etc. was watching updates live and saw it was out for delivery and then bam all of a sudden it went from missed delivery to pick up at local canada post office.. they said they left a notice too. they didn’t. no ring, no knock, no notice, no nothing. delivery was lazy and failed and LIED about coming to my door/leaving a notice. complained with canada post but i mean they won’t do anything. had to go pick up my vapes a day later. the whole reason i ordered vapes was to not to go out.

Awful

Doesn’t even deserve the 1 star

Doesn’t even deserve the 1 star. Always disappointing…I have placed numerous recent orders that use Canada post, and EACH time it’s the exact same scenario. Recent example- Ordered feb. 2, now it’s been sitting in Mississauga for well over a week (since feb. 6). Since that day, all that the tracking says is “item delayed”. That’s it. Nothing else. Chat AI is useless, & I’ve been through this SO many times I have lost count…
When I see a business uses them, I am no longer bothering. Not worth the headache. I have yet to have a SINGLE item delivered on time as promised (or even close to that date).
Wonder why they are going bankrupt? Hmmm…
Amazon, UPS, fed-ex, all seem to be able to deliver promptly as promised. What is wrong with this incompetent “delivery” service? (If you can call them that)

Had to wait until now for them to finally allow me to file a claim. Still haven't received anything, no communication was given, no effort was put into finding my package whatsoever. Had to re-order my products except now what I originally bought is out of stock, of course. Absolute trash service. It's sad that you can't rely on the country's very own postal service. This is not the first time I've had situations like this with canada post, and it won't be the last. The employees don't care about their job, and it shows.
