Important: If your calendar is for your work or school, your administrator decides if you can share it. If you can't share a calendar, learn how to contact your administrator.
In Google Calendar, you can share any calendar you own or one you have permission to share. When you share your calendar with someone:
- You can control what they can find and do on your calendar.
- They get an email. To find your calendar, they need to click the link in the email.
- You can stop sharing your calendar whenever you want.
You can't share your calendar in the Google Calendar app for iPhone and iPad. To share your calendar, open a web browser on your computer, and go to calendar.google.com.
