Share your appointment schedule

When you create a booking page, you can share a link on your website or through online communications that link to:

• Your appointment booking page
• All booking pages on your primary calendar

Your booking page is always public. Anyone with the link can view your:

• Booking page
• Profile photo
• Account name

Tip: To find schedules on secondary calendars, you need to turn on the calendar in the calendar list. This helps you access the schedule in your calendar and doesn’t affect the visibility of the booking page.

Share an appointment schedule

1. On your iPhone or iPad, open the Google Calendar app .
2. At the top left, tap Menu .
3. Tap your appointment schedule Share.
4. Select an option:
   • To copy the URL, tap Copy link.
   • To share through another app, tap the app.

Tip: To access a booking page that shows all services on your calendar, tap More options See all booking pages.
