Each summer, UNC Greensboro welcomes youth with a variety of summer camps, presenting unique and fun opportunities for students to engage in activities across the University. From academic and music camps to Esports and athletics, each camp is designed for fun, learning, and includes the excitement of being on a large college campus. Programs change from year-to-year so check back each Spring for new exciting programs.

March 31 – April 2, 2026
Our 2026 AGHG Spring Break Camp will take place between March 31st and April 2nd for 4th to 6th-grade girls residing in Guilford County. The camp will take place at UNC Greensboro’s Kaplan Center for an experience that is full of physical activities, education, fun, and connection.
UNCG’s Center for Women’s Health and Wellness, with the School of Health and Human Sciences is proud to host this year’s camp once again. The camp is generously sponsored by the Dawn S. Chaney Foundation, which allows the camp to be offered free of cost for all campers.
The Esports & Gaming Summer Camps are STEM education camps for the local community and serve children ages 8-17. Each camp is 5-days from June 15 – July 31, 2026. The summer camp content will include tech driven STEM education by instructors from Black Rocket. Campers will have the opportunity to focus on two major subjects each week – one in the morning and one in the afternoon – and of course have plenty of time allotted for gameplay and friendly competitions.
The School of Art at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro is pleased to announce the 13th year of the Summer Arts and Design Intensive program. This summer, we will offer a one-week residential art program for up to 100 high school artists. New to this year’s program, SADI 2026 will offer a Filmmaking class through a collaboration between the School of Art and the Department of Media Studies. The program will encompass a range of art forms, including drawing, painting, printmaking, sculpture, photography, graphic design, animation, and Filmmaking.
